Notice of Intent for Sole Source for an Mobile Cart with MAGNAVU Scope Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Force 3, Inc in the amount of $25,965.19 to purchase one each, part number GMVPS3M-19, Mobile Cart with MAGNAVU Scope, 19" LCD, Foot Pedal, Healthchair, Assembly, and Training which is manufacutred by MVD, Inc and the sole distributor is Force 3, Inc. This scope is intended for use located at Smith Dental Clinic, Ft Carson, CO. This equipment will will be used to conduct educational training for providers and residents while performing procedures. This system is compatible with exsisting magnified video dentistry equipment throughout the DENCOM. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
