Must provide a single matrix switch that will streamline all signal flows to allow addition of the other feature propo sed. The control system will be programmed to operate the new equipment. Intend to award to VNI as they hold the proprietary, existing coding necessary to add the additional equipment and prior coding knowledge needed for this system. (3) As used in this clause, records include books, documents, accounting procedures and practices, and other data, regardless of type and regardless of form.
