The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Advanced Thermal Solutions. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: ITEM 0001: Cold Plate Assembly Part Number: ATS-NSOP-1693-C1-R2 Manufacturer: Advanced Thermal Solutions QTY: 37 ITEM 0002: Cold Plate Assembly Part Number: ATS-NSOP-1569-C1-R0 Manufacturer: Advanced Thermal Solutions QTY: 10 The above supplies are for (47) Cold Plate systems that will be used to produce the Small Unmanned Radio Frequency Receiver (SURFR) - 4B payload and Modular (MOD) payload B Kits for use on the RQ-21A UAV platform and delivered to the customer. Based on the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) (which will be posted after award), the agency has identified only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334412 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
