Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for a PSEB LRU, Ruggedtronics part number 201-347-08 to Ruggedtronics, 24711 Redlands Blvd., Suite G, Loma Linda, CA 92354. The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because Ruggedtronics in the only vendor that can meet the requirements approved for use by the Air Force for the PSEB LRU power supply which is used on the B-52 aircraft.
