The equipment is designated for a Polish Frigate and is required by Poland to be compatible in all aspects to the previous Polish Frigate, in order to ensure interoperability. The equipment has been agreed to between the Government of Poland, NATO, NSA, and the US Government sponsor. There are no other configurations other than that of Thomas-Krenn that have been tested and are capable of seamless integration within the Polish Control System Interface (CSI). This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334419, Other Electronic Component Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 750 employees.
