Notice of Intent to Sole Source The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) Chief Procurement Office intends to negotiate with JFW Industries Incorporated, located in Indianapolis, IN, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, for providing Fixed/Manual Attenuators. The unique technical specifications for the Fixed/Manual Attenuators are: In order to provide the required consistency across all testing results and data it is crucial the new fixed and manual attenuators meet the same technical specifications and are 100% compatible with the qty. 6 model 50PM-108N and qty. 36 model 50FHO-020-100N attenuators already in place. The NAICS Code is 334419 - Other Electronic Component Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. FirstNet anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order to JFW Industries Incorporated for this requirement. Interested parties who can demonstrate they could satisfy the requirements listed above for FirstNet must clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
