The Government intends to award sole source utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to: Precision Filters, Inc., 240 Cherry St, Ithaca, NY 14850. The proposed contract action is for PGF-1U Filter Amplifier Systems. The NAICS is 334419 with a si ze standard of 500. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 10:00 AM EST, September 25, 2006. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses t o this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government.
