Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, VISN 7 Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source contract under FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Procedures for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with vendor Alliant Healthcare Products located at 2140 Oak Industrial Drive NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49505. The associated NAICS code for this is 334510 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. Description of equipment requirements: The requirement is for a turnkey solution for a complete Endocrinology and Urology Surgical Suite. The requirement includes: 4K Televisions, Fiber Cables, HDMI Cables, Interface Licenses, Displays, Olympus Surgical Cameras, Olympus Greeting Systems, Touch Panel Controllers, Medical Grade Printers, Olympus Retractable Ceiling Arms, Olympus Surgical Lighting, Olympus Booms, Disposal, Install and Project Management. A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed vendor possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only Alliant Healthcare Products. This notice of intent to sole source is not a solicitation (request for competitive quotes). No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and must be sent via email.
