The VA Medical Center White River Junction, Vermont, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Gyrus ACMI of Maple Grove, MN to purchase Cystocopsy scopes and attachments. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation package will be available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All proposals received by 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time, July 9th, 2009, will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
