J--Maintenance on the Propane Delivery and Combustion System used to run the Stationary Manikin and Burn Pit

The US Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick Contracting Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Heat Equipment & Technology of Cincinnati, OH, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, sub-paragraph (ii) Supplies may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for continued development or production (etc.), a one year preventative on-site maintenance and unlimited telephone support contract on the propane delivery system and combusition system used to run the stationary manikin and burn pit in the Thermal Test Facility at the US Army Soldier Systems Center.
