--THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO SOMAT CORPORATION, 702 W. WILLARNEY STREET, URBANA, IL FOR Consulting and Software support for Conditions Based Maintenance (CBM) Software.

The U.S. Army Installation Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD., intends to award a sole source firm fixed price award to SOMAT Corporation, 702 W. Killarney Street, Urbana, IL 61801 in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 and under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements. Using existing ICE-Flow/Library System and Glyphworks packages, SOMAT shall provide build a system which is scalable and capable of generating ad-hoc reports from queries to the system. nCode/SOMAT crated and owns the ICE-Flow/Library System and Glyphworks software that is currently used. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334513 and the size standard is 500.
