Notice of Intent to Sole Source/Sources Sought The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) Chief Procurement Office intends to negotiate with Teraquant Corporation, located in Boulder, CO, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, for providing Audio Quality and Push To Talk KPI Test Tool. The unique technical specifications for the Audio Quality and Push To Talk KPI Test Tool are the capabilities of The capability to perform verification testing of the Mission critical push to talk (MCPTT) service, benchmark testing of alternate mission critical voice solutions such has LMR radios, and the ability to leverage the established test processes developed by other DOC entities through complete interoperability, seamless integration, and use of existing file formats & test scripts. The NAICS Code is 334515 Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. FirstNet anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price contract to Teraquant Corporation for this requirement. Interested parties who can demonstrate they could satisfy the requirements listed above for FirstNet must clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. Please limit responses to five (5) pages or less. Responses should include the following information: 1. Name of company that will provide product. 2. Name of company that will manufacture the product. 3. Spec sheets and examples of products that meet the specifications. 4. Typical lead time to deliver the product after receipt of order. 5. Any other relevant information that is not listed above which the Government should consider in developing our minimum specifications and finalizing our market research. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
