Annual Preventative Maintenance Agreement for the Agilent CROSSLAB SILVER SERVICE PLAN

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the following: an Annual Preventative Maintenance Agreement for the Agilent CROSSLAB SILVER SERVICE PLAN. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to: AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC., 2850 Centerville Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808-1610. This contract will address the requirements of the preventative maintenance and on-site repair for the Agilent Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) Quadrupole Time-of-Flight (QToF) instrument and associated components for the TSA National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program (NEDCTP). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
