The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to TSI Inc. 500 Cardigan Road, Shoreview,MN 55126, on a sole source basis, a supply contract to provide an Industrial Hygienist the Velocicalc Air Velocity Meter - Model 9555-A, Accubalance II Capture Hood - Model 8375 and PortaCount Pro+ Resporator Fit Tester - Model 803 to replace antiquated equipment that must be compatible with existing computer software. Competing this requirement and awarding to any other source would result in substantial delays and disruption because of incompatabilities with software and would also increase the overall cost to the Government. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
