The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at White Sands Missile Range, NM intends to award a contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to Peltec Services, Inc., 3412 Cherrywood Road, Florence, SC 29501-7353. We have a requirement for the on-site maintenance and repair of x-ray equipment to bring it up to full capability. Equipment is used in the Metallurgy Labs radiographic testing. X-ray equipment include the 420KV (down), 320KV (down), 300KVs machines (need to be diagnosed and repaired if needed), film processor, and CR reader. Processor and reader are producing unacceptable dirty radiographs (films and digital images). Peltec Services is the only responsive known source who can repair all of these items on one service call. Respond to
