Sole Source Intent - Portable Air Conditioners and Air Movers

MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract under solicitation number M67400-23-Q-0115 . This procurement action is being conducted under FAR 13.501(a) to: ARMY & AIR FORCE EXCHANGE SERVICE 3911 S Walton Walker Blvd Dallas, TX 75236-1509 The proposed award is for the purchase of Portable Air Conditioners and Air Movers required by the Marine Corps Base Camp Butler, Base Property Control Office. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 335210. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government.
