U--Action to sole source award to Cummins Rocky Mountain LLC for Cummins engine and generator training.

This requirement is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. We have the need to procure Cummins engine and generator training for the White Sands Missile Range Directorate of Logistics (WSMR-DOL). The applicable NAICS code is 335312 with at size standard of 1,000. Payment will be made by the Defense Financial and Accounting System (DFAS); therefore, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/), as well as, Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil/). You shall submit commercially available literature on your unit that demonstrates that all of the capabilities listed on the Statement of Work/Specifications List are met.
