This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items (FAR Part 12) to procure ENVISION PRODUCT DESIGN, LLC by the HQ USAINSCOM, Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: IAPC-DOC, 8825 Be ulah Street, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5246. The Government intends to award a sole source contract (FAR Part 13.5) for the above products and services to the firm of Envision Product Design, LLC, 7800 King Street, Anchorage, Alaska, 99518. Note: This firm i s the sole developer as well as sole manufacturer / distributor of this product. The Proposed contract action is for services/product for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible sour ce and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DELIVERY: 15-45 days after Contract Award. All responses received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by t he Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
