The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone intends to execute a modification to extend the period of performance of contract W58RGZ-09-D-0029, which was awarded by other than full and open competition on 01 Dec 2008 as a new follow-on five year performance-based, fixed priced, requirements type contract with one base year and four (4) ordering periods for both services and supplies. The period of performance for the proposed modification is from 01 Dec 2012 through 31 May 2013. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals.
