TITLE: Procurement for 1 H-60 Helicopter Fuselage Jack Kit, in support of the 1st AR Headquarters Division, Fort Hood, TX. Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to ADC Engineering Technology, a small business, for the procurement of 1 H-60 Helicopter Jack Kit , in support of the 1st AR Headquarters Division, Fort Hood, TX. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 336413- Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing with the size standard of 1,000 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding within 15 days after the date of electronic publication of this synopsis. All responses must be provided no later than 2:00 pm CST 20 December 2013.
