The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), National Activations Office (NAO) intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the above items. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting competition; soliciting from a single source (MJL Enterprises, LLC, a verified Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business concern), where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2. The NAICS code for this procurement is 337127 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 500 employees.
