71 -- Notice to award sole source

The 99th Contracting Squadron at Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to Wright Line LLC. for furniture on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302. The purpose of this contract is to add on to existing Wright Line furniture in the Raptors Squadron. The intent for this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other than full and open competition is 1 U.S.C. 2304(c)1). A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governement.
