This is a notice of intent to proceed with a sole source requirement beneath the simplified acquisition threshold. The contractor is Seats and Stations Consulting Corp. The contractor will be responsible for providing Storage and installation services for hospital furniture. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only one source is deemed reasonably available. This notice is being provided per FAR 5.101(a)(1), 5.201(b)(1)(i), and 5.207(c)(14).Vendors that believe they can meet these requirements for this acquisition or in the future may respond to this notice. The response should contain a brief description of the vendor's capability. Please also include the size of your business (large or small) and recent examples of similar work. Any vendor who wishes to submit information for this requirement should email their information to the attention of James Postell at [email protected]. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. All submissions must be received no later than 4:00 pm ET, December 22, 2021 . Only email submissions will be accepted.
