Twenty Five (25) Catheters for use in the Cardiovascular Health and Interventional Radiology (CVHIR)

The WALTER REED NATIONAL MILITARY MEDICAL CENTER (WRNMMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD on behalf of the Cardiovascular Health and Interventional Radiology has awarded a sole source procurement to Boston Scientific Corporation for urgent requirements for (10) Polaris X and Five (5) Blazer Prime LG and Ten (10) Blazer DX-20 required by Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or service providers will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation/notice of award for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
