In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the small business manufacturer, Hamilton Medical, Inc., located at 4990 Energy Way., Reno, NV 89502-4123: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 G5 Ventilator Package 4 EA The G5 Ventilator from Hamilton Medical, Inc. are a life preserving piece of medical equipment a standardized piece of equipment utilized for clinical use and training that is a critical for patient safety. The G5 ventilator provides the IntelliCuff system that no other ventilator manufacturer provides. It is a non-invasive automatic cuff pressure controller integrated with the ventilator. It continuously monitors and automatically adjusts cuffed tracheal and tracheostomy tubes, providing real-time optimization of cuff pressure during the entire ventilation period. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 339112 and the Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
