The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 15 Network Contracting Office (NCO 15), on behalf of Kansas City VAMC, plans to contract by means of other than full and open competition for the procurement of Trans-Cardio Artery Revascularization(TCAR) implants for use in prosthetics surgical procedure. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The NAICS code is 339112 and the Classification code is 6515. The suggested Vendor is Silk Road Medical, Inc., 735 N. Pastoria Ave., Sunnyvale CA. 94085. Requested items consist of Enroute Trans-Carotid Stents of various sizes. The VA and the Kansas City VA requires these stents for use in the TCAR procedures being performed. . All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.
