The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 hereby provides notice of its intent to award an SDVOSB Sole Source, firm fixed price contract to First Nation Group, LLC, 4566 Hwy 20 E Court Yard Plz Ste 208, Niceville, FL 32578. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 13.106-1(b). A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The contract will be for First Nation Group to provide Respironics Alice NightOne Wireless Home Sleep Testing Systems for use with existing equipment and software at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center in Cheyenne, WY. NAICS code: 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard 1,000 Employees) The supplies are required to augment current supply and must utilized the exact same G3 Sleep Diagnostic Software for compatibility to allow for proper scoring and physician interpretation of results, which is vital to provide the needed care our Veterans. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Also, prospective contractor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
