INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to enter into a sole source procurement for the Charlotte VA Health Care Center, with Depuy Synthes Mitek for two (2) FMS VUE Fluid Management Pumps with VAPR VUE Radiofrequency systems. The equipment is used during arthroscopic surgery to ensure a clear and unobstructed surgical field by providing and maintaining constant pressure throughout the surgical case. NAICS code 339112 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for equipment which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
