INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Veterans Affairs Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Region (VISN 6) Central Acquisition Service intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Medtronic Inc., 7000 Central Avenue NE, Minneapolis, MN 55432. The items being purchased are one (1) Autolog Instrument (includes ATHLHB and SKALUSA), one (1) External Vacuum Regulator, one (1) Magellan Platelet Seperator, two (2) Autolog Extended Service Agreements, and two (2) Magellan Extended Service Agreements. NAICS code 339112 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations.
