***NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE*** Estimated Date of Award: December 1, 2021 Synopsis: Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, Department of Veterans Affairs - VA Southeast Network, 3700 Crestwood Parkway, Suite 500, Duluth, GA 30096 intends to award a three (3) month bridge firm-fixed price sole source requirement to: Bulow Biotech Prosthetics, LLC 3227 E. Sunset BLVD West Columbia, SC 29169 Period of Performance: December 1st 2021 thru February 28, 2022 The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 339113 with a business size standard of 750 employees. The proposed contract is for Prosthetic/Artificial Limbs and related services for which the Government intends to solicit with a single source in accordance with FAR13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will evaluate all responses that are received by 12:00 pm EST November 18, 2021 for future procurements.
