This procurement is intended to be used for the Veterinary Medical Unit (part of Research Service) at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital. The proposed action is IAW PL 109-461 and VAAR 819.7007. Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
