Therefore, this is a notice of intent issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs to negotiate a sole source contract with DGA Medical, LLC for two Sizewise Bariatric Beds. This procurement is intended to be used for Bariatric Veterans being admitted at the Tomah VAMC Long Term Care. The proposed action is IAW Public Law 109-461 (VAAR 819.7007). Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is wholly within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for paying on any costs incurred and/or associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice.
