ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Knox intends to award to Synthes, Inc., West Chester PA on a sole source basis a contract to provide foot fracture components, surgical implants on as needed basis to be determined per specific surgical case for the Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, KY.
