Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to B&B Dental Ceramic Arts, Inc., NAICS Code 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the procurement of Dental Licensing and Maintenance Agreements. Due to the proprietary nature of certain aspects of these Licenses and Agreements, no solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
