The VA NJ Healthcare Lyons VAMC is currently seeking to purchase replacement A-DEC brand dental clinic operatory furniture to include Blanket Wrap Service and Installation. This new equipment will be a direct replacement for existing equipment and must be compatible with existing infrastructure. This equipment purchase must also be brand specific to A-DEC Inc. existing equipment at other VHA NJ Healthcare existing dental facilities as dental staff work at all facilities. Procurement will be via existing FSS contract under the terms of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Market research was conducted and determined that A-DEC, Inc. is the only vendor capable of providing supplies necessary that meet the requirements off the VA NJ Healthcare Lyons VAMC. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government All items are manufactured exclusively by A-DEC Inc. and are distributed and installed exclusively by A-Dec Inc. or its authorized installers.
