The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source purchase order to Henry Stein, Inc. for the PlanScan Scanner with corresponding PlanCad software, PlanScan/PlanCad Total Care Extended Two (2) Year Warranty, PlanScan Scanner Tip-Landscape, Laptop Total Care Extended Two (2) Year Warranty, PlanScan Scanner Tip-Portrait, and Enovate Laptop Cart for use at the Kernersville Health Care Center, 1695 Kernersville Medical Parkway, Kernersville, NC 27284. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. It is the Government's belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the PlanScan Scanner with corresponding PlanCad software, PlanScan/PlanCad Total Care Extended Two (2) Year Warranty, PlanScan Scanner Tip-Landscape, Laptop Total Care Extended Two (2) Year Warranty, PlanScan Scanner Tip-Portrait, and Enovate Laptop Cart. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any business that believes it can provide a PlanScan Scanner with corresponding PlanCad software, PlanScan/PlanCad Total Care Extended Two (2) Year Warranty, PlanScan Scanner Tip-Landscape, Laptop Total Care Extended Two (2) Year Warranty, PlanScan Scanner Tip-Portrait, and Enovate Laptop Cart may give written notice to
