FEDBIZOPS NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SOLE SOURCE/BRAND NAME ONLY: The 10th Contracting Squadron, Directorate of Contracting, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to Colorado Altitude Training, LLC, Louisville, CO 80027 for adding additional hyperoxia capabilities to an existing Colorado Exercise Enclosure System. Items must be Brand Name manufactured by CAT to ensure a correct fit and function to the existing Colorado Exercise Enclosure System. The following are the Brand Name requirements: 1 each: Hyperoxic CAT-Controller, including necessary CAT-5 cables. O2 sensor board with 12-months lifespan. Min altitude determined by NFPA recommendations 3 each: Additional vent fans for Enclosure system 1 each: Custom Relay Box to share existing Intake Selector 1 each Controller Replacement Sensor Board, w. dual O2 sensors 1 each Technician labor - reinstalling existing Enclosure, and installing and verifying new oxygen enrichment system.
