65--ScriptCenter base year plus three option years equipment maintenance fee and maintenance for licensed software

The Southern Region Contracting Office, Fort Gordon, GA intends to issue a purhase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to Asteres Inc., 4110 Sorrento Valley Blvd., San Diego, CA 92121-3264 for: ScriptCenter equipment maintenance fee, period of performance of a base year plus three (3) option years to include telephone and remote support (to include diagnostic testing), on-site field service, replacement parts (adjust and/or replace non-consumable parts), receipt changes (up to two (2) per year) and software updates (no more than four (4) per year excluding emergency patches as determined by the provider). ScriptCenter maintenance for licensed software, period of performance of a base year plus three (3) option years to include telephone and remote support (to include diagnostic testing), on-site field service, replacement parts (adjust and/or replace non-consumable parts), receipt changes (up to two (2) per year) and software updates (no more than four (4) per year excluding emergency patches as determined by the provider). The ScriptCenter is currently in place at Eisenhower Army Medical Center Fort Gordon, Georgia. All vendors replying to this Notice of Intent must supply current credentials stating that they are authorized and/or certified by the manufacture of the ScriptCenter (Asteres Inc.) to work on the existing system.
