99 -- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source/Personnel Expedient Decontamination System

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE, a Firm Fixed Price Contract to Technical Solutions Group International, 3864 Battery St., Las Vegas, NV for four (4) each of Personnel Expedient Decontamination System for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear decontamination (includes all required accessories). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
