65 -- Continued Maintenance of Siemens Water System Laboratory Water Purification System/Polishers

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Siemens Water Technologies, 1200 Northmeadow Parkway, Suite 100, Roswell, GA 30076, for continued yearly maintenance services for the laboratory water purification system/polishers located throughout building 18 at the main CDC campus (Roybal Building). These systems consist of an existing deionize (DI) water loop system using Siemens DI resins. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued.
