There is no solicitation documentation available Under F.A.R Part 6.303-2. This is a notice of intent. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with UNICOR Office Furniture Group, 320 First St N.W Building 400 Washington, D.C. 20534. The vendor will provide, storage, installation, and delivery of furniture as required by Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center which is located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd Huston Texas, 77030. All furniture will be cohesive with existing furniture. The furniture to be installed will not violate, nor comprise any warranty agreement. The Government intends to procure these services and equipment under the authority of U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Total anticipated value of this action is not to exceed one hundred seventy eight thousand, seven hundred thirty dollar and zero cents. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than August 22, 2014 4:00 PM CST offers submitted past the appointed time shall not be considered.
