Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the United States Army Research, Development & Engineering Command Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division (NCD), Natick, MA 01760 5011, intends to negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis with The Furniture Group, of 151 Maynard Rd., Framingham, MA 01701, to provide Unisource systems furniture components for modification of an existing Unisource furniture system. NCD will purchase the Unisource furniture from its local distributor, The Furniture Group. Nothing herein shall be construed as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available.
