RECOVERY - In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this notice of intent to issue a delivery order under the NIH Electronic Commodity Store (ECS) III Contract. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE NIH ECS III CONTRACT. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase four (4) Dell Latitude E6410 laptops, eighty (80) Dell OptiPlex 780 Minitower Base, and twenty-four (24) Dell 20 inch flat panel display monitors. The anticipated award resulting from this notice will be a Firm Fixed-Price Type Delivery Order.
