The FAR citation is 6.302-1 and the FAR citation title is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If no responses are received, USAMRAA will proceed with the limited sources extension of contract W81XWH-14-P-0448. Synopsis of J&A: This approval is being sought for a six (6) month firm fixed price (FFP) extension of existing contract W81XWH-14-P-0448, for web-based inpatient clinical decision tool for inpatient care settings, technical support and training with MCG. The required service (extension) entails Inpatient clinical decision support tools that are evidenced-based criteria used in managing the quality and efficiency of health care services (e.g., prospective, concurrent, and retrospective utilization management reviews). These tools are inherently cost-avoidance products that can prevent over-utilization, facilitate appropriate specialty referrals and inpatient hospitalizations, and support other medical management activities. The Period of Performance for this extension shall be 04 January 2015 through 02 July 2015. Inpatient Clinical Decision Support Tool, a powerful instrument that allows for better care management decision making, and supports the Quadruple Aim of better care, better health, lower cost and increased readiness.
