NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A HIGH RISK CONTRACT: The Department of Education, Office of Chief Financial Officer, Contracts and Acquisitions Management, located at 550 12th Street SW, Washington, DC. 20202, intends to award a contract to Software Information Resource Corp., SIRC, for the TOAD Oracle professional maintenance debugger and renewal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
