70--Notice of Intent to Award Under Limited Source for ESS software Maintenance

The U.S. EPA intends to award on a Limited Source basis, under FAR Part 8 with Immix Technology, Inc. for a FFP purchase of software maintenance of ESS for Powerbroker Desktops. This delivery order is for the period 12/19/2012 thru 12/09/2013. EPA has identified Immix Technology as the only vendor who offers this requirement via GSA Schedules. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested firms may identify themselves and their capability to fulfill this requirement by December 31, 2012.
