The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cellebrite USA, Inc., 7 Campus Drive, Parsippany, NJ 07054 for Touch Ultimate Software renewals. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written e-mailed (
