The Internal Revenue Service requires replacement of drive shelves and hard drives of the NetApp Storage Area Network (SAN) in accordance with the attachment (1) price schedule and attachment (2) terms and conditions (clauses). The performance period is for one (1) year from date of delivery. Brand Name Justification: Only the NetApp part numbers are compatible with the main unit. The drive shelves and parts must work with the unit (NetApp 3240 SAN currently installed at the IRS.
