NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source order to Chalk and Wire Learning Assessment, Inc., located at1565 Point Abino Rd S., Ridgeway, OH Los 1N0 Canada. The requirement provides for the procurement of ePortfolio License Renewal (including support and maintenance) for a Chalk and Wire Portfolio System. Chalk and Wire Learning Assessment, Inc., is the sole provider of the ePortfolio License Renewal and has no known authorized any resellers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
