*THIS AWARD NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY* In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 8.405-1 and FAR part 8.405-6, three (3) quotes were obtained for this action that does not require a statement of work and award is anticipated to be made to the lowest priced offer who submitted response for this requirement under their GSA Federal Supply Schedule GS35F0400T to Ace Computers, a delivery order under simplified acquisition procedures is anticipated to be awarded in the amount of $199,615.00. A limited source justification was publicized on GSA E-BUY under RFQ477417 to alert all appropriate GSA Federal Supply Schedule holders offering NetOptics equipment of the limited source justification in accordance with FAR 8.405-6. The funds being used for this simplified acquisition are American Re-investment and Recovery Act funds. This notice is in accordance with FAR 5.7.
